As the role holder, the primary responsibility is to achieve enrollment targets for K12 school brands by strong back end planning, effective team management and maximising effective collaboration with marketing and school teams.
Role and Responsibilities:-
1. Establish the enrolment Strategies for our K-12 brand– EuroSchool/ Centre Point & Billabong High International School by:
- Developing deep consumer understanding through extensive market research
- Develop a deep understanding of the competitive framework in each micro market
- Developing relationships with EuroKids and Kangaroo Kids franchise partners to drive enrollments into schools
- Create a compelling value proposition for each brand
- Work with the new builds team to identify attractive micro markets for new schools
2. Lead the enrollment teams of respective brands to ensure achievement of enrollment targets:
- Designing appropriate ambience, communication and sales incentives at school level to ensure conversion of qualified leads into enrollments
- Driving the enrollment teams to achieve the enrollment targets in existing schools and 400 enrollments in every new school being launched
- Managing the enrollments budget
- Achieving the admission fee pricing and revenue targets
3. Lead from the front and demonstrate high quality selling ability. Hire, manage and coach the enrolment teams to drive both performance and accountability.
Experience and Qualification:-
1. Qualifications: Post-Graduation in Sales & Marketing preferred.
2. Experience:10-12 years of experience in Enrollment or Sales/ Marketing roles, preferably in education sector or service focused industries such as Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, BFSI and Real Estate.
