Job Dimensions (roles & responsibilities):
- Design & implement corporate HR systems & policies to make the company a preferred place to work for employees across levels.
- Design & implement corporate HR policies for the company towards managing overall employee costs & stability.
- Implement Performance Mgmt. System (PMS) that aligns with remuneration policy & to identify HiPo candidates to groom.
- Reduce regrettable attrition across hierarchies; Understand needs to plan corrective actions & skill/career enhancement.
- Enhance employee engagement, Rewards & Recognition; strengthen overall brand attractiveness.
- Lead admin priorities, upkeep, CSR; guide plant IR teams, liaison with statutory & local bodies, as necessary.
