Experience and qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching the students for Grade (11th to 12th) including competitive exams
Candidates should reside in Bangalore and should work as in- house employees of the company.

Job description:

· The job role involves delivering live sessions online to a large group of students between Grade (11th & 12th)

· The teachers are expected to prepare their session in advance.

· Planning, teaching and also class management.

· The teacher’s screen presence and energy need to be high.

· The teacher is also expected to keep the session interactive , exciting and engaging.

· Teachers have to sync up with their respective secondary teachers on a regular basis and get updates on student performance.

· Teachers are responsible to prepare their own content, lesson plan and what so ever is required for engaging the class.

· The Teacher must be capable of reviewing the content.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Exposure of taking live online sessions will be an added advantage.

· Enthusiastic to work in a growing start- up environment with tight deadlines
