We are looking for experienced ADMISSIONS COUNSELLORS WITH FLUENT ENGLISH to join our ever-growing team both at Undri campus & Marunji Campus. If you are fluent in English, have the ability to interact with prospective students, parents, teachers and non teaching staff with patience and tact & reside in Pune (near NIBM Road, Undri or Hinjewadi, Marunji Life Republic Township, PUNE you should apply now.

• Responsibilities

• Continuous follow-up & control of any admission lead that is generated
• Managing customer lifecycle right through acquisition stage all the way
• Should have a good understanding of education industry, admissions, lead generation, e-learning and other digital education products.
• Anticipate stakeholders needs, provide them service & constantly seek new ways to create interest in the school and services.
• Should be able to handle front office and office Admin responsibilities also
• Proficient in use of MS Excel and Google Sheets ·
• Counselling students and parents about our course programs · Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for doubt clearance, general counselling and progress feedback · Championing entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission,
• Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output · Clarifying the doubts of students and parents as and when required about courses and admission and assisting in Parent Teacher Meetings.
• Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
• Proficient in fee collection and cash management as and when required
• Evaluating enrolment techniques by determining the effectiveness of each technique used by admissions; discerning the appeal of admission literature

• Good communicater having an ability to converse fluently in English & local languages.
• Graduate or above
• Excellent IT skills & knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PPT, & ERP
• Similar experience in CBSE /Cambridge school: advantageous : ·
• Fluency in English is a must

Salary 19,000 to 21,000 per month
