Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Create a comprehensive regional training strategy that aligns with the requirements of the acquisition team as well as prospective and onboarded clients
- Design, develop, and deliver relevant training content, including workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, in conjunction with Content & Product teams
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously update training materials and methodologies to ensure they are current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices while staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and market intelligence to enhance training programs
- Collect feedback from customers during training sessions and collaborate with relevant
teams to improve product onboarding and activation processes - Coordinate, plan & executing key BTL activities – Events ( conferences, seminars etc),
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery
- Organising experience for events & seminars
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences
- In depth knowledge of financial / equity Market
- Ability to coordinate & lead
