The Anant School of Climate Sciences at Anant National University is India’s first climate school offering undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees, as well as executive education and a fellowship in climate action. The academic focus of the school is on applying design thinking to solve for technology solutions for our changing climate. The 4 year B.Tech degree specializing in Climate Technologies, starting in AY 2022 – 2023, prepares students for positions in industries that need to mitigate their climate impact, and roles that require climate modeling, near-term climate analyses and predictions, positions in government agencies, and laboratories conducting climate research. The university is seeking applications for a full time faculty member at the level of Associate Professor. Areas of expertise must include but are not limited to: computer sciences for climate scenario simulations, life cycle assessments on Simapro, climate technologies, climate finance. The successful candidate will teach students in the B. Tech program specialising in climate technologies. The position will be located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat and will ideally start on 1 March 2022.

Actively developing the Anant School of Climate Sciences in hand with the Dean of the Anant School of Climate Sciences and the Provost of Anant National University
