Position – Educational counsellor/ Business development

Location – Mohan Estate, Mathura Road, Delhi – 110044

Salary – Up to2.7 LPA + Incentives

Job description

• Working on counseling and customer handling.
• Working on retaining & up-selling.
• Working on day to day calls to schedule the classes.
• Calling interested students and pitching them about the products.
• Providing in-depth information to prospective learners includes counseling through email, phone, chat, and social media, etc.
• Resolving candidate queries relating to the course.
• Identifying references through the existing learner’s database to increase the sales pipeline.

Minimum requirement

Bachelor’s degree/ any degree, minimum 1 year of experience is preferred but freshers and interns are welcome.

Required skills

Good communication skills, MS office
