For our Mohali office, we require a female fresher candidate with good communication skills who can be trained and groomed to work as International education and career counsellor.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Understanding a students/parents requirements on studying abroad, profiling them based on academic, financial and English language proficiency.
2. Identifying and shortlisting study and country options based on the profile.
3. Handling inbound queries and assessments on email and phone.
4. Making outbound calls to students and parents who have shown interest in our services on various social media platforms and inviting them to the office.
5. Coordinating with our head office in Canada for application processing and maintaining a cross-communication between the student and the target institution.
6. Preparing and maintaining daily MIS.
7. Any other work alloted by the management.
