Job description Designation – Placement Manager , Amrita AHEAD Online Degree Program Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop a marketing and communications plan including strategy
• Operation and tactics Develop Industry connect strategy
• Seeking high-level placements at local and national industries Organize placement drives
• Off campus drives
• Job fairs
• Virtual drives etc.
• Manage Corporate inquiries and specific Industry body / company requests Create content for Industry releases
• Byline articles and keynote presentations Monitor
• Analyze and communicate added Corporate / Industry / Company data
• Placement
• Internship data regularly to management Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting students and make appropriate recommendations and strategy surrounding them Connect with students
• Faculty to understand students’ expectation and share feedback from industry.

Data Management

• Students database
• Placement updates
• Placement statistics and summary reports.

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience in industry relations or placement cell in Online Degree Programs (atleast 2 years mandatory)
• Proven track record designing and executing successful industry relations campaigns at both a local and national level Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry outlets
• Experience in acting as a University spokesperson;
• comfortable and skilled in both verbal and oral communication Excellent writing, speaking and persuasion skills Solid experience with digital media including blogs
• Facebook, Twitter, etc. Event planning experience & ability to work in high-stress environments MBA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline (preferred)
