Remuneration: INR 3.60 lakhs to 6.00 lakhs per annum to the right candidate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Facilitate campus placements and coordinate recruitment drives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align students’ skills with industry requirements.
• Organize career fairs, seminars, and workshops to enhance students’ employability.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to students regarding career choices and job search strategies.
• Provide support for resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
• Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics.

Key requirements / abilities required

• Proven experience of 3 to 8 years in campus placements, HR, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Ability to network effectively with employers and professionals.
• Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.
