MSW with working experience in child rights and child protection, violence against children is essential.

Job Description

At least five years relevant experience on child rights and child protection field

Excellent understanding of issues and problems related to children

Qualitative and quantitative research designs and methodologies, with emphasis on violence against children/girls and gender

A record of accomplishment of successfully gaining funding through competitive processes for funded project initiatives including preparing RFP/proposals for grant applications is preferred.

Understanding of and ability to foster a child friendly approach to this work/ field

A record of accomplishment of engagement state/national level key stakeholders in child rights and child protection and the field level.

A track record of collaborative and networking skills through building relationships at a local, national and international level agencies working in child rights and child protection.

A track record of capacity building including providing training in field work/supervision of post-graduate students

Excellent IT and database management skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, SPSS

Fluency in English is required.
