Job Responsibilities: o Teach courses in area of expertise at all levels of UG & PG o Develop and Train new courses in line with students and departmental needs o Maintain an active program of research and publication, in accordance with university guidelines o Coordination with departmental, college, and university committees o Advise and mentor students, by providing guidance on course and career options and to create/implement innovate career-enhancement programs and activities. o Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver high-quality programs o Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of latest developments in field o Foster a culture of excellence within the department and contribute to a positive working environment o Manage budgets and resources effectively, in line with university policies o Undertake administrative tasks as required, such as maintaining accurate records and preparing reports o Advise students and supervise graduate research projects & guide Phd students. o Initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in Scopus indexed journals and conferences.
