Amplifi Capital Hiring For Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer at India Full Time

Overall Job Purpose

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Amplifi Capitals marketing initiatives across all business lines (Loans, Savings and Credit Cards).

This role involves collaborating with SF tech leads, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify business needs and convert them into Salesforce Marketing Cloud deliverables.

The Marketing Cloud Developer will implement automated solutions using Marketing Cloud SQL, API integration, and SSJS, and create automated journeys utilizing Journey Builder. They will also create email templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript.

The candidate will also produce technical documentation and specifications, conduct end-to-end development testing, and collaborate with other teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in computing/programming or relevant experience, be a certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, have knowledge of programming languages, possess self-motivation, and be able to work within tight deadlines.

Attention to detail is crucial, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly is essential. Experience with Jira, major CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), and the insurance or financial services sector is desirable.

Accountabilities

• Working closely with the SF tech leads, Marketing teams and other business stakeholders to define and recognize business needs, translating these into Salesforce Marketing Cloud deliverables
• Create automated journeys utilizing Journey Builder loan acquisition, retargeting and collections ensuring Contact Builder configuration is used where appropriate
• Creation of front-end email templates, utilizing knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and AMPscript
• Produce technical documentation and specifications for all developments, working within Agile development cycles
• Manage end-to-end development testing, based on our standard testing framework, taking part in peer review to test work carried out by other developers
• Collaborate with marketing, product and other Salesforce teams across the business to deliver high quality software solutions
• Teach the marketing team how to use marketing cloud analytics to get more value out of the implementation.
