Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure effective & smooth functioning pertaining to Academics in Pre Primary, Primary & Secondary sections
• Address school queries pertaining to academic implementations, policies and procedures.
• Analyze proposals with regards to academic functioning, facilitate and guide for effective functioning of the section, etc
• Analyze the Academic Planners of Pre Primary, Primary & CP subjects on fortnight basis, identify gaps with respect to the planning and implementation of curriculum and give feedback to management with regards to the same.
• Review and Finalization of crucial academic data for eg: Year Plans, Term Plans, Syllabus, Academic Planners, Lesson Plans for subjects like Computer, Marathi, etc.
• Review & update Parent Orientation presentations prior to the commencement of the new academic year.
• Conduct observations with respect to Curriculum Workshops and Lesson implementation at school.
• Review the record and documentations maintained by the Coordinator’s in alignment to the set guidelines.
• Review the overall functioning of all departments at school.
• Provide feedback/resolution to Academic related queries/issues raised.
• Updating of Manuals & School Essential lists prior to the commencement of the new academic year
• Review & finalization of the Manuals
• Review & finalization of the School Essential Lists

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Min 10-18 yrs of relevant experience
• Candidate having Principal Experience of minimum 3 years working with CBSE or State Boards are only preferred for this role.
• Fluency in speaking, reading and writing in Marathi language is a must.
• An in-depth knowledge of the curriculum framework
• Understanding of and commitment in maintaining Quality
• Be able to multi-task
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication Skills
• Have comprehensive knowledge on methods, design and implementation.
• Excellent co-ordination Skills
