Amity Information Center – Bathinda (Punjab) is looking for passionate and hardworking individuals for the role of Admission – Counsellor.

Job Description:-

• Understanding of Education-Based Counseling.
• Counseling Students and Parents.
• Generating Admissions.
• Counseling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG and PG courses offered.
• Counselling through data calling, and online chat server.
• Advise students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
• Handling queries over the telephone.Converting leads into admissions.
• Maintaining telephonic and walk-in records for the day.
• Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students.

Education Qualifications: –

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree with a minimum of 02 to 7 years of ed-tech sales experience
• Edu-Tech student counseling background will be a plus.
• Comfort & and knowledge of Microsoft Office (for data management)
