Job Position: Admissions Counsellor (Intern – Part-time)
Responsibilities:
Attending In-bound leads and counseling the customers about our education solutions
Making out-bound calls on the leads provided by the support team (Marketing, Admin-support, online leads, etc.)
Assisting parents in admissions to help them prepare for, select, and get into the right program
Scheduling appointments, arranging walk-ins to centers, assisting in conversions
Data management – maintaining and updating leads using the existing tracking methods
Reviewing materials, and assisting in the admissions decision making process
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field (optional)
Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Strong planning, problem solving and people reading skills
Organizational skills are key – ability to multitask, prioritize, record and extract data, manage time efficiently
Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions
Strong MS Office skills – mainly in Word & Excel as well as Google Docs & Sheets
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
