Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in relevant subject
  • B.Ed. or equivalent professional degree/diploma in education
  • Tech-savvy
  • Preferable to have residential/boarding school experience
General Responsibilities and Duties:
You must
  • Be a female educator/administrator with at least 2 years of teaching/admin experience. Experience of working in a residential school will be an added advantage.
  • Have mastery in your relevant subject & areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a child’s development and growth.
  • Exhibit a personality that demonstrate enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students, staff, administration, parents and community.
  • Participate in curriculum and program development, and in the selection of material and equipment to support instruction.
  • Assess and diagnose the learning, social and emotional needs and styles of the students and plan & adjust the learning experiences accordingly.
  • Have creative and innovative tools, ideas and methods to enhance learning outcomes of the students
