Job Description
The Travel Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that will enhance the knowledge and skills of travel sales representatives, travel agents, and other sales staff in the travel industry. The successful candidate will work closely with sales teams to assess their training needs and develop training programs that address these needs. Must have experience in working with GDS Software (Amadeus).
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for travel sales representatives, travel agents, and other sales staff in the travel industry.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Work with sales teams to identify training needs and design programs that address these needs.
- Deliver training sessions in person or remotely using various delivery methods (e.g., classroom instruction, webinars, e-learning).
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in sales techniques, technology, and customer preferences.
