We are looking for a talented Student Counsellor with minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling and counseling. Female candidates are preferred.

Job description:

• To find fresh business opportunities through inbound calls, outbound cold calls, or email.
• Calling on Educational Leads to convert into Sales.
• Identifying new revenue opportunities.
• Communicate with students regarding the course we offer and convert them to new leads.
• Provide proper career guidance to students.
• Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
• Arrage meetings with parents or students and discuss overall services provided by the company etc.

Requirements

• Any graduation or equivalent.
• Good & Pleasing Communication Skills .
• Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Good time management abilities.
• Strong decision-making skills.
