Alpine Convent School is hiring for Experienced Librarian
Job Role
Collect and catalogue library resources including books, films and publications.
Maintain library records and ensure it is updated.
Perform regular audits of information and inventory on files.
Help students and teachers to locate references and reading materials.
Sorting and shelving of books.
buying and cataloging new materials
Marinating records and sending overdue notices.
Checking ins and outs of various library materials with excellent IT skills and knowledge of Library database
Clarify the use of library amenities and provide information about library policies.
Required Candidate profile
Education Required – Bachelor degree in Library Science, MLIS OR Graduate with one year diploma in Library Science from a recognized institution.
Candidate should have pleasant personality with good communication skills.
