Job Description

Responsibilities:

Skill Set Experience in delivering courses for undergraduate and
postgraduate engineering students as per university
norms/guidelines for Mathematics core courses
Strong knowledge in domains related to
Calculus, Vector Analysis
Logic and Set Theory
Probability and Statistics
Discrete Mathematics
Linear Algebra/Matrices
Coordinate Geometry
Exposure to tools and technologies used for
Matrix manipulation, plotting of functions and data, 2D and
3D visualization, Statistics such as MATLAB, GNU Octave,
Scilab
Strong programming skills in two or more programming
languages – C, Python, R
Candidates who are NET qualified will be Preferred
Key Responsibilities 1. Deliver industry relevant courses as per university

guidelines/norms
2. Deliver courses as per the method
3. Take complete ownership of the course delivery in a
semester for the assigned courses
4. Awareness and implementation of Outcome-Based
Education (OBE) in the course and program context.
5. Mentor/guide the students in completing the project work and
case study
6. Update, Track and monitor student attendance and
performance on the platform
7. Evaluate assignments/tests/project work as per the rubrics
given
8. Conduct weekly meetings with students to track their
progress in assignments/case study/project work and provide
regular feedback on their performance
9. Maintain forms and document for program and course
management
10. Develop content and assessments as per the method for
assigned course
11. Facilitate sessions conducted by industry mentors
12. Work closely with a team of faculty, industry mentors and
other internal stakeholders by providing inputs/data on the
course design and delivery

Experience Requirements: Experience 0 – 4 years of experience in academia or Industry or both
