If building 0 to 1 excites you and you want to work with a team of proven leaders, please reach out to us.Responsibilities:Be the execution and improvement layer between the product and other ops teamsWork with the product team on UATs and execute comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new and existing teachers/ administrators ensuring a smooth transition to our product. Build and maintain SOPs for the same.Derive insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build the product backlog on iterations and improvementsOperationalization and maintenance of processes to supplement the operations and academic teamsMaintain communication channels between center heads, administrators, and the central product/ ops teamsPrepare and run regular reports on operational metricsRequirements:2+ years of experience in ops and coordination rolesCan work independently and take ownershipAbility to understand the product/ configs available and articulate/ train teams on new featuresBuild strong relations with stakeholders and solve operational issuesHands-on experience with Excel and G-suiteAbility to draw insights and articulate related success and pain pointsWork from office setup out of BLR and flexible to travel
