Job Description:

All Stars Program is an initiative to help students equip themselves with the advancement of the technology era and help them learn concepts beyond the school’s syllabus.

All Star teacher is required for in-class teaching from Monday to Friday and the timing will be respective to the corresponding school allocated. Saturdays are for learning the All Stars curriculum.

Job Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and understand the syllabus provided by ASP and deliver the content in class.
• Prepare lesson materials, grade papers, manage the classroom, and evaluate and give feedback to students.
• Provide a safe, thriving, and respectful environment for all students in the classroom and on the school campus.
• Develop a curriculum to meet developmental goals and instructional activities.
• Attend conferences and workshops in order to further advance professional development.

Working Hours: 6 days a week, 6-7 hours a day (Holidays will be given according to school).

Hiring Round:

• 1st Round – Shortlisting and screening
• 2nd Round – Shoot a demo tutorial
• 3rd Round – Online interview

The selected employee will undergo 15 days All Stars Training period where they will learn content delivery and public speaking, along with the All Stars syllabus.
