Job Description
Required PCM faculty for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced)
Candidate having a minimum of 10 years of experience in the similar field will be preferred.
Candidate must have B. E/B. Tech. /M. Tech. /Ph. D degree from a reputed institute.
Dedicate, result oriented with proven track record and pleasing personality candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
Mentoring and coaching students
Subject-related Counselling/ Guidance sessions and Mentoring Programs
Delivering academic and counseling sessions Offline & Preparing the lesson plans, delivering lectures, and engaging the students in the discussion process.
Doubt clearing of students & providing them the best practice lessons for being efficient based on Diagnostic Tests.
Conducting Demos (seminars, webinars, and inductions programs for students and parents) both abroad.
Content Research/ Development/ Analytics i.e. Creating & Upgrading teaching material, sample papers, and study materials.
Conduct group discussions for students so they can solve the problems amongst themselves.
Inspiring students, getting them into discussions, and developing their skill sets.
