Responsibilities and Duties
An Admission Counselor is a very integral part of Alchemist Team . His primary responsibilities would be as follows (but not limited to …).

1. Interact with students and family members and explain about the benefits of Alchemist MBA/UG Exam prep program.
2. Convince and Enroll students for the program.
3. Coordinate with Different stakeholders and facilitate query resolution for Students and his family.
4. Collaborate with different stakeholders to design and execute strategies for student interaction and enrollment.
5. Systematically maintain student data at every stage and follow through process .
6. Work hand in hand with different stakeholders to maintain a smooth flow of student acquisition process.
7. Help and resolve enrolled students queries and guide through the course
8. Ensure we maintain positive & Happy customer engagement ratings.
Key Skills
Proficient in Spoken and written English, Excel, Presentation Skills, Customer Relationship Management, English
Required Experience and Qualifications
1. Graduate and above. Must have more than 2yrs of work experience. MBA is an added advantage. Already worked as a counselor is also an advantage.
2. Extremely comfortable with English and Hindi language. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
3. Extremely confident with interactions.
3. Diligent with follow ups on Calls , Emails, Whatsapp etc
4. Good at recording and maintaining student data and follow ups
5. A go getter with willingness to learn new processes and collaborate with multifunctions to execute strategies from acquiring to enrolling students.

Candidates with prior experience in Career Counseling , Academic Counseling , Admission Counseling , Education Counseling will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
