8. Prior experience taking online classes will be an added advantage.
9. Montessori trained teachers OR should have a previous work experience of a minimum or 3 years.
10. Laptop/Desktop with an inbuilt camera/webcam with clarity.
11. High speed internet connection.
12. Conversant with online meeting tools (eg: Skype, ZOOM etc)
13. Comfortable with MS Office – ability to create documents using MS Office tools like MS Word, PPT etc.
14. Comfortable in preparing audio-visual learning contents for children
