Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling appropriate numbers of staff.
Film and produce all video content as needed.
Maintain all video and audio equipment.
Monitoring the production process to ensure that quality standards are met.
Reviewing videos to ensure that they meet company standards and specifications.
Coordinating all aspects of a production, which include equipment, scheduling crew
members.
Recruiting, hiring, and training production staff members.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
Minimum 4 years prior production management in an entertainment venue, news
studio or stage management.
Bachelor’s degree in film, television, communications or another related field.
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
Strong people skills with an emphasis on competent and diplomatic communication.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
