Ajayvision Education Private Limited Hiring For Operations Manager IT Infrastructure at Delhi Full Time

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage IT vendors, contracts and service level agreements and perform vendor risk assessments.
Propose department policies, process and procedures documentation and provide internal training to department and impacted end users.
Develop and implement quality control measures.
Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day IT-Infra operations.
Maintain communication with staff and vendors.
Ensure compliance of department and organizational policies.
Assist in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
Oversee inventory management practices and improve them when necessary.
Ensure operations are in legal compliance with Govt regulations.
Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary.
Manage IT department services and prepare management reports of department activities, tasks, and operational metrics.
Order supplies and manage inventory, coordinating with accounting and finance departments.
Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists) and distribute them to staff.
Communicate and coordinate with staff and vendors.
Onboard and train new employees to ensure that they adhere to standard operating procedures.
Requirement/Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of network and server operating system
Experience with support of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory.
Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning, development, and operations.
Backup, Replication and Business Continuity and Disaster recovery mitigation and response
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
Strong understanding of Helpdesk and Customer Relations Support systems
Data Security and Cyber Security basics.
