Create an open learning environment.

Act as an English tutor to develop language skills. (Hindi also)

Identify, choose, and implement different teaching methods for all employees for developing the skill

Engage employees through fun formats and methodologies

Create a professional journey for employees & help them achieve desired results.

Assess, revise and evaluate Employees Skill and developments.

Willingly accept the roles and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for soft skills trainers who are passionate about helping our employees to develop the skills to perform there job role and develop the spoken english langage.

Graduate in English.

Proven Experience in similar role.

2 -5 Yrs of Experience.

Job Location : Kochi

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
