AITMS Hiring For IATA FACULTY at Alappuzha

Job Description

We are looking for an IATRA FACULTY who can take classes for our BBA AVIATION students on hourly basis. Candidates must be an IATA Holder and can take PASSENGER GROUND SERVICE subject to our students. Payments will made on hourly basis. Work location will be at Mavelikkara. Weekly 3to 4 sessions will be there.(2 hour per session).

Work location : Mavelikkara, Alappuzha

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹400.00 – ₹600.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week

Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive course materials, lesson plans, and presentations in alignment with IATA standards and guidelines.
Instruction Delivery: Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and training sessions covering various aspects of the airline industry, including ticketing, reservations, cargo operations, airport services, and more.
Student Engagement: Foster a conducive learning environment by encouraging active participation, facilitating discussions, and providing individualized support to students as needed.
Assessment and Evaluation: Create assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students’ comprehension and proficiency in IATA-related subjects. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and knowledge.
Industry Updates: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in airline technology to ensure course materials remain current and relevant.
Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, offering guidance on career pathways, professional development opportunities, and industry best practices.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other faculty members and departmental staff to enhance the quality of education and promote a collaborative learning environment within the academy.
Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, student enrollment, and course scheduling to ensure smooth operations of the academy.
