Description

An outstanding record of teaching French lessons from Secondary to Higher Secondary School. They will be responsible for teaching reading, writing, and speaking skills to students who have opted for French as their third language.
The candidate will also be responsible for transaction monitoring, providing coaching and feedback to the team, along with weekly reporting and preparing participants’ score sheets, arranging for follow-up training, or reporting back following training sessions. They should have experience in conducting training needs analysis and customized learning design. They’ll be required to assist school administrators with the purpose of supporting them in meeting the needs of French Language Learners. They have to provide timely and constructive feedback, be able to build rapport and create an advanced language learning zone for students and teachers. Candidates who know French as a second or third language are preferred. The first and third Saturdays of a month would be holidays.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday, 09:00am – 4:00pm

1.  Able to steer the program towards intended objectives and provide feedback to the audience. 
2. Identifying the training needs across levels & conducting Refresher Training for the staff to improve productivity. 
3. Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up. 
4. Conducts meetings with staff to coordinate activities including planning and implementing activities/events, addressing operational issues, etc. 
5. Confers with staff as appropriate regarding instructional techniques, organisation of practices, etc. for the purpose of providing guidance and mentoring.
6. Coordinates a variety of administrative activities (e.g. screening, interviewing, recommending, and/or orienting program staff; etc.) for the purpose of ensuring a positive learning environment and the efficient use of resources within the specified program area. 
7. Monitors inventory of instructional materials, equipment and supplies for the purpose of identifying required items to provide instruction in accordance with the established curriculum. 
8. Participates in meetings, workshops, training, and seminars for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform functions. 
9. Prepares a variety of reports and written materials for the purpose of documenting activities and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
