Position: AI Trainer

As part of our continued investment in emerging technologies and future skills education, K.R. Mangalam University is seeking an experienced and passionate AI Trainer to drive AI literacy, innovation, and hands-on learning across the institution.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional teaching and mentoring abilities, enabling students from diverse academic backgrounds to understand, build, and apply Artificial Intelligence solutions confidently.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Academic Delivery

• Design and deliver high-impact training sessions, workshops, bootcamps, and certification programs in Artificial Intelligence and related domains.
• Teach core AI concepts including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, AI Agents, and Intelligent Automation.
• Conduct practical sessions focused on real-world applications and industry use cases.
• Deliver training on modern AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other emerging technologies.

Curriculum & Content Development

• Develop industry-relevant curricula, learning pathways, assignments, assessments, case studies, and project-based learning modules.
• Create engaging instructional content that simplifies complex AI concepts for learners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds.
• Continuously update training materials in line with evolving industry trends and technological advancements.

Student Mentorship & Innovation

• Mentor students on AI-based projects, hackathons, innovation challenges, and research initiatives.
• Guide learners in developing practical AI solutions and portfolio-ready projects.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and responsible AI adoption.

Industry & University Engagement

• Collaborate with faculty members, industry experts, and academic leadership to strengthen AI-focused initiatives across schools and departments.
• Support interdisciplinary AI applications spanning engineering, management, design, media, psychology, healthcare, and other domains.
• Contribute to institutional initiatives related to innovation, technology adoption, research, and skill development.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Information Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, along with substantial industry experience, are encouraged to apply.

Technical Competencies

• Strong understanding of:
• Machine Learning (ML)
• Deep Learning (DL)
• Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Generative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)
• AI Agents & Autonomous Systems
• Data Analytics & Predictive Modelling
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with modern AI development frameworks and libraries.
• Experience in data preprocessing, model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools and AI-powered productivity platforms.
• Working knowledge of workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent platforms will be highly desirable.

Professional Skills

• Proven experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or workshop facilitation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical, and engaging manner.
• Strong problem-solving and project-guidance capabilities.
