Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an AI/ML Mentor at HCL GUVI. The Mentor will guide and support learners in developing skills related to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Responsibilities include reviewing project work, providing feedback, hosting Q&A sessions, resolving technical queries, and mentoring learners on industry best practices. The mentor will contribute to the continuous improvement of course content and help create an engaging learning environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency in core AI/ML concepts such as machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data processing, and predictive modeling
- Experience with programming languages and tools such as Python, R, and relevant AI/ML libraries
- Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback while fostering an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address technical queries with clarity and precision
- Experience in teaching or mentoring students, either online or in-person
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with industrial AI/ML applications or experience working on AI/ML projects is a plus
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English and/or any Indian vernacular language (preferred)
