About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging AI and Robotics sessions to students across multiple grade levels.
2. Provide hands-on training and capacity building for teachers in coding, AI, and robotics through experiential learning approaches.
3. Design and develop innovative STEM projects for participation in state-level science carnivals, exhibitions, and competitions.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records using the organization’s CRM system.
5. Manage and oversee STEM kits, tools, and resources within school labs or designated centers.
6. Track, monitor, and report the progress of capacity-building initiatives to school administrators.
7. Offer year-round academic and technical support to partner schools utilizing the organization’s STEM programs.
8. Register students and maintain records on the organization’s online course portal.

Other requirements
1. Effective teaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
2. Experience in robotics, electronics, Arduino, IoT, and AI is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in Python programming.
4. Interest in creative pursuits such as arts, crafts, and DIY projects.
5. Strong commitment to driving innovative change within the education sector.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English/Hindi.
7. Ability to manage large groups and interact meaningfully with children and youth.
8. Proficiency in computer applications and internet usage.
9. Demonstrated passion for working in a challenging, growth-oriented environment.
10. Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics/telecommunication, instrumentation, mechanical, IT, or relevant fields (BTech/BE or BCA/MCA).
11. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience with diverse groups.
12. Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI, robotics, Python, or STEM education.
