AGS International Hiring For Senior/Overseas Academic Counselor at Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Connect daily with 80-100 working professionals (prospective students) via CRM databases.

· Understand each student’s area of interest, build rapport and identify avenues of upskilling.

· Provide comprehensive information about available programs to students via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp etc.

· Resolve escalations to ensure a seamless student journey.

· Diligently complete daily tasks and achieve weekly/monthly targets.

This is a full-time work from office role.
Locations: Mumbai (Lower Parel, Thane)

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

· 1-2 years of experience as an Overseas Education Counsellor.

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to steer conversations.

· Candidates from the Education, Insurance, EdTech, BPO, KPO and BFSI sectors can apply for this role.

Requirements and Benefits:

· Age: 18 – 30 years

· Candidates must have a functioning laptop and mobile phone.

· Job Timings – 10.00 am – 7.00 pm (Monday – Saturday)

· Salary: INR 18000 – 50000 per month (based on ability and experience) + lucrative incentives (based on performance).
