Job Title: Student Advisor and Counsellor

Job Type- Full Time

Location: Gurgaon (Office) and WFH (Hybrid)

Salary: INR 15 -25K Plus incentives
Experience- 1-2 years (freshers may also apply)
Education: Any Graduate with MS Office skills
Language Required- Excellent command over English& Hindi. Knowledge on any regional language (Punjabi, Gujrati, Telugu, Tamil etc) is desirable

Responsibilities:

Providing in-depth information to prospective students, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media

Counselling prospective students/parents and guiding them about the courses offered.

Able to convert an aspiring candidate into a prospective lead and converting leads into admissions.

Follow up with candidates by calls.

Maintain records of leads generated through all channels

Handle telephonic queries.

Generate leads through cold calling.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Walk-In

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
