Job description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Guide the students approaching you with various educational and post educational career options based on their interests, qualifications and experience.

2. Providing assistance to choose the best universities according to their profile, interest and present situation.

3. Keeping track and record of the students you are dealing with.

4. Provide the students with timely assistance and submit the profile to the documentation department on real time basis and ensure to collect all the mandatory documents required for the process.

5. Provide a personalized international career advice customized to their needs.

6. Dedicated working mentality to guide the students to a better future.

7. Perform tasks assigned with due diligence.

8. Attending the University training & workshops.

9. Maintain the most comfortable relationship with the customers.

10. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas education and visa needs.
