1. Academic Counsellor

· Responsible for counselling and conversion of Leads (direst, walk-in and referrals or Telecalling) into admission.

· Providing exact information about the program, course / duration and other relevant information to the client in a timely manner.

· Interview students to understand their academic objectives and financial background to assist them in selection of suitable colleges and course.

· Responsible for segregating and following up with the positive leads to ensure conversion.

· Fulfilling monthly targets assigned by the organisation and reporting the issue or challenges faced if there are any shortfall due to which there is shortfall in the monthly targets.

· Post admission follow up and coordination with the administrator till final stage of admission procedure.

· Responsible for providing insight into the course being offered and to ask the front office visioning with the student & other branches or office pertaining to course/admission.

· Sharing creative ideas on prospective courses and university engaged in International student admission as per the market with company management.

· Maintaining accurate digital records about the counselled clients, the suggested courses and the admission details of the registered clients in CRM software.

· Will be responsible for planning & coordinating the campaign in coordination with BDM & Marketing team.

· Assisting the general running of the office for smooth operations.

· All activity report to be sent daily via Bitrix24 to the MD & CEO and Operations Manager.

· Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants

· Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
