Hiring Overseas Education Counsellor

Location: Banerji Road, Kacheripady, Kochi – 682018.

Salary: 12,000/- to 25,000/- Per Month

We are looking for a competent, self-motivated, dedicated and passionate Overseas Education Counsellor who has experience in overseas educational consultancies in India or abroad. As an Overseas Education Counsellor, you will support students and parents to ensure success in their higher education pursuits. You will be providing the student with one-on-one guidance in order to help them identify a career path and ways to achieve it, as well as prepare for their future. As an organization, we believe in providing students with complete support throughout their journey and our counsellors are key to helping us achieve this mission.

Responsibilities

• Counselling students and parents
• Calling potential candidates and closing new leads
• Following up with inquiries via our database
• Identifying the appropriate course and university for the student
• Handling all queries and concerns that the student or family might have
• Liaising between the admissions team and the student
• Liaising between the visa team and the student
• Training and arranging for student interviews with the university
• Provide guidance on all documentation (application, financials and visa submission)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (a Masters degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (freshers may be considered based on candidate profile)
• Knowledge and experience in any two of these markets (UK/US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/Italy/France/Spain/Malta/Latvia)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Excellent skills in excel, word, PowerPoint etc.
• Friendly, accommodating and patient

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
