Job Title: Adventure Officer
Location: G.H Raisoni University, Saikheda
Job Description:
The University is seeking a disciplined, energetic, and physically fit Adventure Officer to manage adventure camps, outdoor activities, and student training programs at the Saikheda Campus. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety, discipline, leadership development, and effective coordination of all adventure-related activities for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct adventure camps, trekking, outdoor, and leadership activities for students.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth coordination during camps and events.
- Train and motivate students in teamwork, fitness, leadership, and personality development.
- Manage camp logistics, adventure equipment, and emergency handling arrangements.
- Support student engagement and outdoor training initiatives of the University.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in adventure training, NCC, physical training, or outdoor camp management preferred.
- Preference will be given to retired personnel from Indian Army / Indian Navy / Indian Air Force.
- Good communication, student-handling, and leadership skills.
- Physically fit to conduct outdoor and adventure activities.
Preferred Certifications:
- NCC Certification
- Mountaineering Certification
- First Aid / Emergency Response Training
- Adventure Training Certification
Ex-servicemen will be preferred.
