Skills & Responsibilities 3 to 5 years of experience as a teacher. Be a graduate in the subject along with a B.ED Degree for middle school. Be a postgraduate in the subject for the senior and senior secondary school. Have excellent subject expertise and a good command of spoken and written English. Be willing to unlearn and learn. Be willing to adapt to the changing requirements in the field of education. Be Sensitive to students’ needs, able to give precise feedback to parents. – Work collaboratively with peers. Be part of organizing committees and play an active role in the school events. Set question papers with precision in blueprints. Be knowledgeable about effective pedagogical practices.
