Full Job Description
Primary Purpose
The role holder is responsible for servicing clients for admissions strategies, application management, shortlisting, visa, scholarship for application documents for various countries.
Major accountabilities of position
Provides high quality customer service by:
- Accurate assessment of student applications to determine suitability for the chosen program.

Meeting regional enrollment targets, by processing applications on time, conversion activities etc.
- Systematically and proactively collecting application documents and acknowledging receipt.
- Ensuring high quality data is inputted onto the student information system to enable strong follow-up of applications at all stages of the student journey
- Following up on any applications that are incomplete by email and/or telephone.
- Ensuring that applications are processed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) period and agents are provided with relevant and comprehensive information in a timely manner.
Team Management and Work Management:
- Editing/rewriting application drafts (essays/SOPs, reference letters, resumes, scholarship essays etc) in order to create impressive applications highlighting the strengths and personality of the clients.
- Ensuring that the clients’ applications are completed as per the timelines (as per the fixed revert time) and working on about 10-12 documents, daily
- Establishing good rapport with Point of Contact (POC), Editorial Coordinator and Counsellors.
Adheres to the standard operating procedures of editing
- Ensures quality standards and processes are met
- Ensures operational/service delivery
- Follows the First-In-First Out method (FIFO) for sending edited drafts
- Works as per internal timelines and university deadlines
- Keeps POC and Editorial Coordinator in the loop for all email interactions
- Maintains document excel sheet on a daily basis
Contributes to team activities
- Assists in fire fighting or taking up extra documents during a crisis
- Contributes to content development activities that may arise (e.g. creating training material)
- Helps in internal trainings/ presentations, if required

Interacts for operations/editorial related issues with POC, Editorial Coordinator and Counsellors.

- Ability to work on MS Office and the Internet (should be able to do internet research, if required, for university/ course requirements)
