Job Title: Study Abroad Counsellor

CTC: Negotiable.

Location: Work from Office (Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Admissions and Revenue Generation.

2. Hand-holding students through the entire admission process.

3. Counselling students to understand their requirements and guide them using our platform.

4. Address all inbound student queries via different channels like Phone calls, Chat, Email, F2F, etc.

5. Connect and help as many students as possible.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for guiding students toward achieving their career and educational goals.
• Proven experience in student counseling, preferably within a higher education setting.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of education systems, with a preference for experience in studying abroad.
• Customer service experience, emphasizing customer satisfaction.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
