Role Description The Admissions Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bhubaneswar, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. Initially, start with work-from-home responsibility. The role involves guiding prospective learners through the admissions journey, including responding to inquiries, explaining program offerings, and assessing learner needs. The Admissions Specialist will conduct counseling sessions (in person, via phone, and online), follow up with leads, and support candidates in completing applications and enrollment formalities. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems, coordinating with training and placement teams, and participating in outreach activities such as events, webinars, and campus visits. The role also includes meeting enrollment targets, providing high-quality customer service, and sharing candidate feedback to improve program offerings and processes.
