Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admissions Officer role based in Nilambur. The Admissions Officer will guide prospective students and families through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining academic programs, and providing information on the academy’s teaching methods and support systems. Daily responsibilities include conducting campus walk-throughs or information sessions, managing application documentation, verifying eligibility, and coordinating entrance assessments or interviews as needed. The role involves maintaining accurate records in admissions systems, tracking applicant status, and ensuring timely and professional communication at each stage of the process. The Admissions Officer will collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to align admissions decisions with institutional goals and support a positive, student-focused experience from first contact to enrollment. Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage effectively with students, families, and internal teams.
Experience or familiarity with International Admissions processes, including handling queries from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and maintaining a professional, supportive tone.
Background or strong interest in the Education sector, ideally in student counseling, academic guidance, or institutional admissions.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Counseling, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with basic office software and student information or CRM systems; comfort with digital communication tools.
Ability to work on-site in Nilambur, including occasional extended hours during peak admissions periods.
