Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all new initiatives are on target relative to established goals, timeline and budget.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate the project management team to design the overall project and implementation plan within the agreed budget and timelines.
• People management: Ability to handle manpower in an effective way and specify tasks andeffective utilization of the available resourceNegotiation and Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Develop and oversee the execution of all online marketing programs and initiatives to drive sales and profits including: Paid search, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, retargeting and online analytics.
• To work closely with the CEO and respective business heads particularly member experience across all our centers and is responsible to Improve overall experience at the workplace byensuring the quality of service delivery, building a strong culture
• Proactively monitoring market trends to identify new offerings and delivery models also contributing to overall growth strategy and execution including new offerings, formats, locations and subject areas.
• Applicant should have demonstrated successful leadership with a minimum of 5 years experience as a Plant Head of a Manufacturing Unit, should have excellent interpersonal skills and should be capable in handling operations and engineering.
• To closely work with all the internal stakeholders (such as Operations, IT, legal and Compliance, Finance, HR and strategy teams) to ensure that the product deliverables are met as per plan within the time and cost as per plan.
• Exposure to SAP S4/HANA ; Preferably SAP S4/HANA Responsible for timely and thorough delivery, management and implementation of all new initiatives programs and projects by collaborating across functions.
• Drafting different kind of Pleadings, MOU, Agreements, Contracts, Legal Notices, Complaints, Show Cause Notice, etc.
• Drive regular and effective performance assessments and reviews of the team.
• College Admission counselling Team Skills: Good communication.
• Reimbursement : Overall responsibility of plant operations.
• Should responsible for Financial Reporting, MIS, Budgetary Control, and Cost Reduction.
