Job Purpose : To ensure that patient receives 24*7 quality treatments by managing the administrative work of hospital, scheduling of staff duties, liaisons with visiting doctors and maintains hospital hygiene

To plan and implement OPDs, camps & awareness session for school students, Employees/Workers in plant and people in nearby villages

KRA Accountability Supporting Actions Serves Patients Diagnoses and treats patients visiting our Organizational Health Centre

Hospital Administration Provides 24*7 medical services by designing duty-roster schedule for hospital staff

Manages housekeeping and implements routines in order to maintain hospital hygiene and cleanliness

Attends to any kind of medical emergency/accident in establishment

Ensure availability of emergency medicines in the dispensary & in the First Aid Boxes

Manages schedules and payments of visiting doctors

Reports and renewal of MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) accreditation

Supports in the timely internal/external audits

Segregates, label and hand-over to collection agency as per the rules/standard of bio-medical waste management plan

Check-up and Awareness Camps Plans and organises occupational health check-ups for workers at various departments (workers, canteen workers and security staffs)

Give first-aid training in association with training and development department and safety department

Physiotherapy Stay updated on the consultation and rehabilitation plan provided by Physiotherapist

Qualifications: MBBS,Doctor of Medicine,Masters Of Medicine Minimum Experience Level: 10-12 Years Report to: Manager
