• Need a good knowledge in civil based software and theoretical awareness.
• Good teaching skill required.
• Should teach online and offline in both malayalam and English languages.
• Contribution to the continuous improvement of the student experience or lead programmes / modules effectively including adopting a responsive approach to students.
• Should be capable of conducting both online and offline classes

Software knowledge preference:

• Autocad
• Revit architecture
• 3Ds Max
• Quantity survey
• Quantity take off
• Etab
• And other beneficial softwares.

Qualification: Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering
