Department: Study Abroad Counselling

Designation: Overseas Education Counsellor

Overall Responsibilities:

Knowledge of Overseas Study Countries like UK, USA, Germany, Canada, Etc.

Counselling the students for Overseas Study ; Follow-up with the Students & Parents, solving their queries and handling the registrations.

Key Responsibilities

· Counsel students regarding abroad Study Programs , opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programmed selection, and career planning.

· Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping students.

· Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities and countries like USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland and others.

· Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Clarifying doubts related to Courses and Admissions.

· Doing college tie-ups, arranging seminar and acquiring database.

· Analyze the mind-set of the students who are interested in abroad education and motivate and encourage clients to take up the course.

· Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents.

· Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.

Key competencies: Problem Solving Skills, Strong Leadership & Management skills, Presentation Skills, Inter & Intra personal skills. Should be ready to travel across Mumbai if required & across country as & when required occasionally.

Gender: Female / Male

Qualification: Graduate/ Post-Graduate

Overall Experience: 2 – 5 years in industry

Remuneration: 3 to 6 LPA

Added Advantages: Process knowledge of at least 5 countries (*like USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland and others.)*

Work Location: Worli Mumbai (hence preferred candidate from South Mumbai)
