Requirements:
1. Should be a Graduate, should be willing to travel to HSR Layout( Bangalore) on a daily basis.
2. Should have minimum 2 years of training experience as a trainer/ Corporate Training Specialist/ Related position in a Financial services or loan operations. Loan operations experience preferred with Knowledge of industry & regulatory requirement.
3. Work from office, all banking holidays given.
4. People from Bangalore only apply, since it is F2F after the initial virtual round of Interview.( Total 2 rounds of Interview )
5. Salary- Depends on the previous CTC & go upto 6 lakhs , which ever is on the lower side.
6. Notice Period- Maximum 1 month/ 30 days.
7. Both Hindi & English Mandatory along with 1 regional language required.
8. Employment gap should not be more then 2 months.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the training from Hire to Retire which
includes conducting & facilitating the required training as per the business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivering training in person, virtual or in e-learning mode.
- Accountable for creating all process & product SOPs including the training materials.
- To design effective engaging training programs to cater to the business requirements.
- Reviewing, updating and version controlling on SOP.
- Work closely with the operations functions to achieve organizational goals.
- Responsible for team member development & talent management.
- Provides mentoring, training and assistance to new and existing team members.
- Assists in the creation and implementation of departmental procedures.
- Compiles, analyzes and reports volumes and productivity to the management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement activity within your team.
Requirements:
- Effective communication, Interpersonal skills, confident speaking skills and ability to
deal with diverse groups of people.
- Instructional Design experience.
- Must be able to effectively communicate and deal with stakeholders.
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently & drive business objectives in a
rapidly changing environment.
- Comfortable with multitask, prioritization and time management.
Qualifications/Eligibility:
- A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or
related position in financial services or loan operations.
- Organizational agility ability to flex and adjust to meet changing business needs (variable
shift patterns, timelines etc.)
- High proficiency in facilitation and instruction using various training delivery
methodologies, understanding of basic virtual training tools is preferred.
- Loan operations experience preferred with knowledge of industry and regulatory
requirements.
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
Excel).
